It's definitely something at your end. I just tried a green torrent from Torbox and got sustained throughput of 10MB/s. I was connected to both CacheBT and btcache, Try this, load a green torrent from Torbox but don't start it. Delete all trackers and add

Just curious did you changed your Internet plan?

we have same problem here. i am from gurgaon and my ISP is triple play. we are not getting speed from btcahe . earlier we got speed up to 10 mbps but since 1 month its only giving us as same as simple dowloading speed. i think i was single victim but i conform from two more people, they are telling me same thing.

I tried a famous new torrent/magnet link which released just an hour ago, though BTcache cacheBT was not shown, I was able to download at full speed of line as other Fivenet users were seeding/leeching it.
Meanwhile just found windows updates are also cached :P upgraded win8.1 from win8 in few min and also win 8/8.1 updates was at full line speed.

on fivenet do we need to pay extra for DC++ and torrent cache or is it just setting?

For DC++ download at full speed of line, you need special plan(For eg. AS 1024 or AS 2048). I just transferred from As1024 plan to WS1024 plan a day ago and now my DC++ speed is capped at 1mbps. But I'm still getting full speed from torrent/youtube/microsoft caching.
