Just raise a service ticket from the app, they will respond. Write an email as well. They are pretty fast in resolving issues once the engineer is assigned.
I think there is some error in bridge mode itself. Could also be a faulty ONT I believe.
Does the internet work when you connect your devices to the Nokia ONT? If yes then bridge mode may not have been enabled from backend.
Try dialing up PPPoE from your PC and see if internet works.
Also try resetting your TP-Link Router.

No need to worry about VLAN tagging. While in bridge mode, no need to enter VLAN ID on the router which dials PPPoE. It is done on ONT level only.seems like a VLAN tagging issue
