TRAI seeking feedback on "Complaints/ Grievance Redressal in the Telecom Sector"

This is essentially what we all have been looking for. An independent body that looks into consumer complaints regarding the telecom sector. Right now the user has to approach the courts if he is unsatisfied by the response from Appellate Authority of the telecom operator.
