Transaction over the credit limit

Hi
Suppose if my Credit Card has credit limit of 10k , can I do a single transaction of 25k by prepaying the CC account with the shortfall (15k in this case) ?
Primarily asking for following Bank's Credit Cards

1- Axis Bank
2- ICICI Bank
3- HDFC Bank
4- SBI

Also how do you guys pay your credit card bills so that it instantly reflects in your CC accounts ?

Axis bank doesn't allow to transact over the limit i don't know why some banks doesn't allow this won't they get 2-3% as commission for every transaction?

They do get commision for every transaction.
They don't allow maybe because they have to give rewards ? But that would be too dumb as commission is always greater than rewards given.

Actually no, not always. Commission ranges from 0.25-2% and rewards can be as high as 33%
