Transcend refusing warranty on pen drives bought online (from Flipkart)?

Got Defective product from Flipkart.Call and mail many times to Flipkart but got no response from their side.Visit transcend service centre but they told that i purchased it online.So they will not give me replacement.So Simply wasted my Rs.1k.So in future i will never buy any product from Flipkart.
Is that even true?
FYI...that's a 32 GB pen drive
 
Lol Flipkart has become real slow in terms of customer service response.
Did you buy from WS retail or 3rd party seller? Can you post the link?
Pen drives usually have 2-3yr warranties and you will no doubt get replacement.. just wait for FK to response.
