Triband Dead! All OK in diagnostics. Only "Ping Primary DNS" & "Ping www.alphanetworks.com" FAIL

Hi,

I've had a problem-free MTNL Triband experience of 2+ years on my UT Starcom 304 R2. (I had IPTV 9 months back but disconnected it in 2 months).

Since yesterday evening, my connection won't work! Nothing's changed at my end.

Here's some more info....I've just copied pasted stuff from the Router GUI @ 192.168.1.1 (I've only masked out my IP)

Tried all the usual trouble-shooting steps (restart/reboot/reset/etc). Have called 1504 and lodged a complaint.

Any ideas what's going on?

Could be DNS prob. or prob with MTNL server.

try pinging 59.182.63.254 and 203.122.63.152 and yahoo.com, if first 2 give reply and 3rd doesnt then definately DNS prob. Change the dns to 4.2.2.1 in your nic properties.

DNS is the issue put this numbers in DSN tab and try 208.67.222.222208.67.222.220should be fine

Host and domains are very important , for this PING status and DNS you can use this WhoisXY.com Whois Search service at free of cost ,I am using only this site for my other tools.
