Triband Is Totally Dead !!!

i dont know what the fcuk is mtnl upto .they are just fooling all of us by not expanding their servers for news connections and we all are paying a price for it.all our request to the senior authorities are just going on deaf ears. its almost a month that now and there has not been a single where i am able to browse smoothly everytime i start browsing the sites which i must have opened 2mins back dont open till the time i am tired and off to bed.triband sucks fcukin bigtime and yes I MEAN IT !!!!!!!!!!.just desperately waiting for for a alternative and i hope some good responsible isp will give tough competiton to triband and i hope to see triband as history one day.

Whenever MTNL officials are involved, u ought to get f**k all service. But when it works, no other ISP can even come near. I have heard people using Tata Indicom complaining problems about connection issues and a host of other problems.MTNL/BSNL is any day better than any other ISP in India.!!! and most of the members in this forum will agree to this.

I have experience with TATA , Sify and Mtnl a bit .. As for now my best choice is tata .

This connection worked so good on sunday for me its back to its ****ing worst today.On an alternative nah!! nopes no ISP in india would come near MTNL ,they were so very good until now ....

hey atul my point is that any kind of monopoly in any kind of buisness is bad for the consumers and thats what mtnl is doing right now its taking advantage of the situation in a big way and if i am not mistaken this could just be the begning of our sorrows with triband coz their customer service is totally irresponsive , theirs care a damn attitude is just making our internet experience frustrating each day.how can i forgot those days when mtnl had monopoly in landline connections and the way these mtnl guyz use to harass us when our phone lines were dead or when they had some technical problem , my landline use to be dead for days and these guyz never use to be bothered.i am 100% sure that their current infrastructure to support triband has almost collapsed and being aware of this situation they are just giving us false hope that things would get resolved soon.

@gizmocrazyi completely agree with what u said.monoply is simply not good for consumers.mtnl being a government comapny they take consumers for granted.They have worst customer service taking weeks to attend to a simple problem.the day u have level playing field MTNL will be finsihed.

Tata's customer care is good where as MTNL s**** in this department.Whereas MTNL internet never disconnects but TATA .....

Dude don't get your bp up. Most of the times with MTNL it's just a DNS issue. Use your primary DNS as MTNL and secondary as 4.2.2.1 and most of your problems will be solved. DNS issue isn't that big an issue. Some other ISPs in India have worse problems which we users can't fix ourselves and the ISP won't fix. Then we sit with our thumbs twiddling.
