Actually sorry, yea triple play does give different reasons every time, but must of the along the same line, on the other hand airtel customer care whenever i have called 75% of the time i cant even ask them to register my problem or even tell them to change plans or give me details of the current plan because supposedly their server is being upgraded and i am told to call back after 4 hours(which pretty much extends to 10 or more hours).
If hayai really is coming, then I will switch to it, couldn't possibly do any worse than the services being provided here already, but the question is when is it going to be available??
Really hate it when net goes down while streaming matches which btw for some odd reason is not that good on triple play at 4mbps also the streaming sucks on a low speed stream of 256kbps which works absolutely fine when i switch to airtel. :S
no problems bro, yeah streaming sucks at tripleplay .. I read somewhere that for streaming we need good fast ping as well and if you check ping times on triple play you will see that they are higher than airtel ... On airtel streaming is faster.
Airtel sucks as well, I do agree. Even if you ask them to arrange a call back, you will never get a call back from them...
Lets see how soon Hayai launches.
...called up at 7 in the morning on their "24 hr helpline" and the guy said call after 9(nahaa dhoke aaenge woh).After calling them at 9 the guy says he will find out what is wrong and lemme know.According to him the username and password might have expired(WTF???)..why???no answer...so he reset all this and my net started working only in the afternoon at around 3.30-4.00. Man this is just sad.I read that Hayai just launched in Mumbai, does anyone have an idea when they'll launch it here??
