Troubleshooting: Unable to Change WiFi Name and Password via MyJio App

Hello Guys ,
for some reason I cannot change my Jiofibre wifi password or name and can't see connected device from My Jio app. When I try to change from my Jio app it says "unable to fetch from serve retry". All I did was logged in web ui and changed the default password because it was asking to change password after I logged for first time. Is there any way to fix it?

It got fixed,
After reading a lot of things on a lot of forums. I came to conclusion that I should try to update routers firmware using this trick. My jio router was 2.21 than I thought of updating it to 2.3. After successful updating it to 2.3, the router rebooted itself after around 10min of upgrading and it rollback to firmware ver 2.12 and I thought I probably messed it somewhere but show router working just fine so i left it working. But after 30min of usage it router went down and rebooted and this this time I show it in firmware ver 2.15. And now I checked on my phone and now it was working fine showing connected devices and was able to change password.
So it was probably firmware issue,
My jio router is JCOW404.

Well not really.
Recently I felt like my data transfer between devices on same wifi network was slower than previously. After messing around It stayed the same, So I thought may be upgrade firmware from 2.15 to 2.17. After upgrading it felt like it stayed the same. So I finally thought maybe upgrade it to 2.21, which in my guess was causing the problem earlier so I upgraded it to 2.21. I thought changing password from Jio app might not working by now so I gave a check and it was working.

In short, I don't know what was causing the Issue but changing router's firmware and little messing around got it fixed.

What was the default ssid and password for the jio router .I forgot the password for my jio fibre and now cant connect other device . And my phone being of stone age cant even use the qr method
