Yup, I got my Gutsy CD too (as a birthday present )!

I did see a couple of people asking in Ubuntu Forums whether we can upgrade to gutsy using its Live Cd. People say its technically not possible.

there is an option to upgrade by downloading the files from the update manager but i dont know whether it can be done by using the cd

Inorder to upgrade you need the alternate cd

but thats 670 mb in size so no use downloading it

So what have you thought of . Fresh install or Upgradation

havent decided yet , for fresh install ill have to configure everything again and for upgrade ill have to download a lot
