Haha errm I don't think Google would like a dual boot Nexus even if Android is based on the same linux kernel on which Ubuntu is based. Though the idea sounds really appealing.

Google could steal the idea and ship their version with Chrome OS instead Of course, that is what the market assumes Android is heading towards in the future under Sundar Pichai.

Nokia is tired of windows. It badly needs an open source in their phones. Would be more interesting if nokia helps for the hardware part of ubuntu edge. Nokia loaded with ubuntu edge. Nice way to punch the face of the korean co & google ...

lol. you do realize that microsoft continues to claim that linux infringes on their patents? Nokia cannot go anywhere near linux as long as they are stuck with microsoft. and nokia does not need ubuntu edge. they had meego. a fantastic mobile platform that was killed just as it was ready to take on android. lol.
