dear @netlogixs,
U r using Netgear DG632 Ver 3.4.0_ap router, u have posted ur problem here also :

as i have said earlier - i don't know too much about Bridge Mode, so i will not be able to explain about it.

But since ur Router version is 3.4.0_ap and since netgear itself recommends to upgrade firmware for there 3.3.x,3.4.x and 3.6.x Versions.
so i can recommend u to upgrade ur firmware, see:
DG632 Firmware Version 3.6.0C_38

but as i said earlier : firmware upgrade is a serious matter, so cross check this issue from multiple sources, is it safe to upgrade it.
I will take NO responsiblities for my suggestion.

Before the NIC settings u should set :Free Usage Start Time to : 00Free Usage End Time to : 08(Under the Time Tab)***************************************Now under the NIC Tab :Enable NIC at : 00:00Disable NIC at : 08:00Check - Use NIC Enable/Disable Service. or Check - Auto Enable During Free Time.Check - Auto Disble During Peak Time. (optional)Check - Use NIC Enable/Disable Service. ***************************************Note:Disabling NIC means - stopping/blocking all traffic between ur LAN card to ADSL Modem. Enabling NIC means - unblocking all traffic between ur LAN card and ADSL Modem.(Applicable in PPPoE Mode)****************************************Before going to sleep at say 10:00 Pm, click on Disable NIC Now*Blocking traffic between ur LAN card to ADSL Modem is just one thing.u Must have to Reboot ur Modem at 02:00, 02:15...., 07:55...to avoid the unwanted Bills.

Thanx for the reply....But the software is unable to reboot my routerHere is the error log01/10/2008 19:19:01 > Imran's Broadband Helper Started.01/10/2008 19:36:40 > Unable to Reboot Modem - Can't able to Connect 192.168.1.1:2301/10/2008 19:40:29 > Unable to Reboot Modem - Can't able to Connect 192.168.1.1:2301/10/2008 19:58:33 > Unable to Reboot Modem - Can't able to Connect 192.168.1.1:2301/10/2008 20:19:01 > Total Data Downloaded for Connectivity : 0 KB.01/10/2008 21:19:01 > Total Data Downloaded for Connectivity : 0 KB.

Actually the problem is with ur router "Linksys Wag200g"
this router does not have telnet daemon(service) running.

i have heared that to start telnet daemon in ur router u need to open
http://192.168.1.1/setup.cgi?todo=debug

if this start the tenlet daemon, then first try to reboot ur router with windows tenlet at windows command prompt.

see one of my earlier post about step by step guide, here:-

dear @netlogixs,

have u upgraded ur Router's firmware?
@nethack, upgrading firmware is of NO real use as the website says :
Features

[*]Adds support for ADSL2+.
[*]No other features or enhancements were added in this firmware.

[/list]So really you think I should upgrade, is there no other way to use dialup method.:wall:

hi..
telnet was not enabled in vista as default so i had to manually enable it

step4: help(enter) ...click send

SEND "help\m"
WAIT "\m[2J[HNote..............."

step5: reboot(enter) ...click send..

SEND "reboot\m"
WAIT "help
\mlogout
\mreboot
................."
but the modem does not show any response...
pls help me out...thanks...

From the above Responce i can see that ur router has a "Menu Driven" help system.
So when u have given "reboot" command in step 5 it has not gone to router but instead to the help command (which was waiting for a responce).
we have to send "reboot" command to router, for this :
***************************************************
if u omit the step 4 all together - u will get success...

or

before step 5, u have to send one dummy keystroke to help command.
like:
step4.1: 14(enter) ...click send.. (14 means Exit option of menu)
then
step5: reboot(enter) ...click send..
(if step 5 fails first time then repeat step 5 once more)
***************************************************
*can u plz try the second procedure and post the responce...
By the way "telnet was not enabled in vista as default so i had to manually enable it"
please tell us procedure to enable telnet in vista (i have never used vista)

thanks.
