Unable to activate Jio unlimited offer for partner offer

I have got the Jio sim acticated from the partner offer for Samsung. As per the guideline, everything goes smooth till the time I need to click on "Avail Offer". In MyJio app, this option does not come. The "Get Sim" is the only option and when I click that, it shows redeemed. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling app + deleting all jio apps and reinstalling them.

Can someone help? Thanks.
 
in my jio app click SKIP it will automatically login. Then a window will popup and aftrr installing 4 apps click submit and the UL will activate.
 
Oops, looks like someone has used your phone's IMEI. Did you post any screenshots of your phone's IMEI on the internet by mistake? Or someone from the store used it up.

Did you get the code from a dodgy friend?
 
Nope..thanksfully I downloaded all the apps and registered on myjio(earlier I had not done it)..and by magic the deal appeared and I got unlimited. thanks for the help though!

Yes.. I was not doing it through the MyJIO app, but rather from the Install All companion app..
