I tried those options but it didn't work to resolve those errors.

However, I talked with the SDO and he said that he has configured my modem to work in bridge mode, now I am still getting the same error from my router while dialling. But I noticed that the router does connect with the BSNL after returning errors.. it takes around 15 to 20 minutes to connect the router back with BSNL once it gets disconnected, I don't know if this is a problem on BSNL end or my router.. maybe BSNL allows only 1 connection attempt from router/modem within 15 minutes/20 minutes. My BSNL modem takes around 5 to 10 minutes to connect with BSNL once it gets disconnected.

That doesn't sound right, are you sure the modem is setup in bridge mode correctly and it is not dialing a PPP connection on its own? Is the error message in the logs always the timeout?

This maybe a long shot but do try changing the ethernet cable from the modem to the router.

I followed the instructions of my ISP and my modem settings are very basic. They had configured my modem in bridge mode as they said, I cant check the settings from my end, and yes, the error is always "Timeout waiting for PADS". I did some search and found out that PADS is sent by the ISP end to create a successful session id. The LAN led is blinking constantly which the ISP said to be normal in bridge mode. In bridge mode, I cannot access the modem settings page anymore. I tried yesterday 3 times to turn off the router and check if it reconnects successfully, it reconnected all the three times but the time was around 15 minutes everytime.

I tried again to turn off both modem and router and turn them back on to test if my router can still reconnect or not.. and this time my router got connected to internet in around 10 minutes.

10 minutes is still too much. Mine gets connected within 10 seconds of turning it on.

I tried resetting my router yesterday but it made no change. When I dial the connection from my PC's Control Panel, it gets connected within 5 seconds, but when dialling from router, it takes 10 minutes and sometimes more.

I don't know, I don't have any other routers to confirm if my router is faulty. Next month I will buy a Netgear R6350 which is a Gigabit Router.
My current TP-Link router is not a Gigabit router but my LAN Port and Motherboard supports Gigabit speed, maybe that's why dialling from PC is faster but from the router is slow ?
