Just spoof your laptop's mac address and change it to your router's mac address. Also ensure that the ip address is set to automatically assign in your ethernet/wifi adapter.
but your router has..... and the ONT is in the network..... so the ip address of the ONT will be there on router.... accessible through wifi analyzer or similar apps...

Thanks @mayank yadav, I was scratching my head for a day trying to figure out why my I can't get my ONT to work in bridge mode. I am yet to try it, but I am sure this is the case. I will clone primary router's MAC to that of the ONT ethernet MAC.
