Yep. I did that this morning and it started working. No problem.. Working all right.

I am based in Bangalore and I have been a very impressed user of Tata Sky over the last 3 years and never encountered any issue with the service or customer care.

However, i have been experiencing strange problem since yesterday. All my channels have blacked out and i get a message stating that I have not subscribed to any of the packages. I have a current active subscription which is ending in April 2010. I am trying to reach Tata Sky helpline numbers since yesterday (have called up more than 50 times across all day and night timings), but nobody seems to picking up the call. I have also emailed [email protected] but no response.

Can anybody help me with any contact numbers of Tata Sky offices in Bangalore or any Regional Manager details?

Has anyone encountered such an issue? I am getting frustrated and am thinking of switching over to Airtel now due to this non-responsiveness of Tata Sky :wall:.

Thanks in advance for your help.
I too have a good experience from the service Tata Sky has offered and I will not go for the belief that impression may take years to build and might get destroyed within no time because that is what customer service are for. I believe that your repetitive follow up and unresponsiveness from Tata Sky must have disheartened you and has changed your view for the brand. I did come across a problem that was in regard to payment made but my account was inactive it took just a call and proper information about the payment details and my problem was settled within a days time and like you said your friends are not facing the same problem this is where individual greviance is looked after by the customer care. I believe my complaint was handled promptly and yours must have not been responded to quite promptly. This is not a general problem and might occur due to some technical or probably accounting error. I am sure they will also compensate and provide the days for which you have been without channels telecast. The customercare is the direct point of contact and they also escalate the matter of your higher concern. I make complete use of the customercare for the slightest problem I face.
