Unintended Night time usage billing

Hi,I am on BBG FN 600. I am using automatic modem reboot utility for a long time. The other day, the modem didn't apparently reset (at 2.05 am) and the dataone usage page shows 265 MB for night (12-7.55 am). I didn't download anything between 12 -2 am. The total download between 2.05-7.55am (using scheduled download by IDM) was 4GB. When I checked the log, there was no disconnection at the set time (2.05 am).The following night, everything worked properly, without any excess usage. How come the modem didn't reboot for that particular night only?Apparently BSNL Broadband billing system still does not automatically cut off at 2.00 am. After more than six years of broadband operations they have not done this basic correction.Thanking you,Jose.

You can talk to accounts officer and get it corrected (worked for many). The automatic reset is in some circles, but not yet in your circle it seems.Which utility are you using ? A reinstall may ensure it won't happen again, or check the logs.
