Updated my jio fiber plan from 30mbps to 100mbps but can't see my advance payment in jio app.

So during Jio installation I had to make an advance payment for 6 months of 30mbps plan, and after installation it was showing on the my jio app. Today I decided to upgrade to the 100 mbps plan (for which I had to make another payment), but now my advance payment is not showing.

Probably they cancelled your earlier plan? I don't think Jio allows plan change on pro rata basis

They allow change on pro-rata if it is postpaid.
