Upgrade/change plan in the middle of the month

Can we change our plan in the middle of our month if we still have validity left?
What about the free trial that Jio is offering now? Can we choose a higher plan in the beginning itself by paying the difference between 150 mbps plan and the higher plan?

Yes. You can recharge with whichever plan you want even in the middle of an active plan. The recharged plan will go in queue. Click activate on that plan to start it immediately. It will override your existing plan. Same can be done during trial offer as well. You will need to pay the entire amount of the plan. Nothing like 'paying the difference' or anything.
