Upload limit counted?

I have HOME 500 in dataone.

I wanted to know whether the upload which is done is counted.

I download a lot of files from torrents and so is the upload also counted.

Is it even counted in the NIGHT UNLIMITED time??

Plz let me know at the latest.

yes it is. total bandwidth = downlaod + upload see your usage details you will see the uploaded and downloaded data and this total bandwidth will be charged according to you plan.

this policy sucks in BSNL..MTNL doesn't charge for uploads in any of it's plans.

Both download and upload are counted towards total consumption.

However between 0205-0755 hours you can upload and download as much as you want and you won't have to pay. The usage portal will still show the details. Therefore use the torrent programs only between these hours to be safe.

It is essential that you reboot or restart the modem (in PPPoE mode) or start a new connection after 0200 and before 0800 hours, otherwise BSNl billing software will include night usage in daytime too.

And the time refered here is BSNL time, not your computer's time.

Yeah, they are silly like that. You may also want Tautology bandwidth meter to keep a tab on your daytime usage.
