xpsunny allwase cheak the Rate (Kbps) not the Attainable Rate
Attainable Rate means the how mutch your line are capable for handle the speed. But this Attainable Rate dosenot mean your Port speed. Port speed mean the speed set to your DSLAM port at the exchange. You only know your current Port speed by the Rate (Kbps)
Your current Port download speed is 2044Kbps and Upload speed 510Kbps
Your Line is OK, your SNR value also good. So you dont need to worry about it.

----------

The SNR rate of downstream is less than upstream,

Nothing wrong in it. By the value of the SNR dose not change the download speed and the upload speed. Download and Upload speed change from the port seeting of the DSLAM.
You are OK, if you have doubt then cheak your download speed and Upload speed by downloading a file.

it is possible to SWAP their speeds that means the downlstream becomes the upstream and upstream becomes down stream...via the modem configuration?

No you can't change the value from the configuration page. This is not possible from the user side.

Your current Port download speed is 2044Kbps and Upload speed 510Kbps
If you want to change the 2044Kbps to 2048Kbps and 510Kbps to 512Kbps then only select the G.DMT mode at the DSL configuration seetings.
