urgent help regarding billing

please help me understand my billing details.i have home500 plan which just avtivated on 22nd dec 2007.today when i check my account usage it shows this
consolidated usage

i checked detailed usage & found out that i have been billed for every up/dl in this time including between 2-8am free night usage(example:--)

what should i do?my account shows no total night time usage between 2-8am.even if they billed me for that i still got 2.5gb limit for Rs500.then how could my bill is showing this much.the total data transfer is approx. same as i expected & majority of this is done between 2:10-5:00am in night.i always connect bsnl at 2:08am & disconnect at 5:00am so no overlapping with charged time.

at present , forget about the amount shown on usage portal .You will not have to pay huge amount for the 2-8 AM usage .

are you sure?i don't trust bsnl much.i have heard enough of bsnl billing mistakes & don't want to end up with a 25000 bill at the month's end.do you know someone who has faced similar problem but got normal bill at month's end?

have u confirmed tat u r in 500 plan? coz i also got my connection recently and am in 500 plan. in the datailed usage, for sessions between 2 am and 8 am i get amount as 0.only problem for me is in consolidated usage, it shows entire usage(including 2-8) but amount is shown exclusing 2-8. also he didnt substract the 2.5 gb.. calld up the cust care guy.. they said they will be getting the billing info in 2-3 days. will be able to clarify thn.

is there a way to find out which plan i am using?i applied for home500 but now i am suspecting they gave me some other plan.which customer care no. did you tried cause i tried 1800-424-1600 & they told me to contact my local exchange officer.

try 12678 i have not been able to contact tis no. since 3-4 days.i got my plan info from 1800 424 1600

@whitestar_999 @ katpasinBe patient. You should get your telephone bill , within a week, showing your usage/free usage/charged usage + plan amount +modem rent if any.Then you can take up the matter further if they overcharge you.In the meantime both of you save/take screen shot of your usage page for Dec 2007for further correspondence, if any.

@whitestarthanks. I am an old BSNLBB user and unable to sayhow your bill will look. wait for a week. Hope you have the detailed billing from the beginning of 22 nd dec 2007( when you got the connection ). Your free usage during daytime is 87MB per day approx and for ten days 870 MB.Add up your day usage.( 0800 to 0200) Rest night time free usage.1GB=1024 MB 2.5GB= 2660MB day usage 2660/30= 88MB

Guys i am new to the form and lookin for the solution to my problem, Actually i got my bsnl broadband activated on 31st Dec 2007. i have choosed the basic plan 250/ per month. but i don't know that wheather i will be charged for December 2007 orr ?So please help!!!!!!!!
