Nothing's gonna happen. If Fed raise rates, then there will be some market correction. Markets and currencies in emerging markets might come in stress. But nothing dramatic.

If Fed doesn't raise rates then Markets will stay calm and move upwards. Emerging markets will also benefit from flow of liquidity.
