using lan and wireless lan together

hi i have got two internet connections boh bsnl broadband i have one lan connection which has ut starcom modem and other one is a wireless connection provided by the college which is a wireless one(having D-Link modem) and the operating system i use is windows 7 x86 versions.i have two questions1)is there posiibility of using both connections together to maximize my download speed.2)if yes what is the procedure for the same.please put some light on this thanks
