Using Remote-Problem

Last 2 weak i have problem while changing the channel.
If i change channel using (CH + - ) button in remote, Example.. by pressing sun tv (100) to Makkal Tv (118) it suddenly shows blank,
after that i move one channel back or front channel will display..
It normally coming most of the times while i using this (CH + - ) Button in Remote,change from one channel to other.. Every body facing this problem

I am also facing this problem quite often.

me too...also my stb box goes frequently to "checking smart card " state and resets the STB and comes on automatically.This is happening for the past 10 days....
