Using VOIP Phone in Jio Fiber?

Using analog tech in the last device is the only way you can make it work with Jio. Jio won't give you the SIP settings obviously, so you can't use a true IP/VoIP phone. You can connect any phone's FXS port to the FXO port on the Jio modem/router. That's all..
Or use the JioCall app on a smartphone.
Those are your only options.

Is there any option to use jio voice app without making it the default sms application? Not able to deny that permission, the app will not start without that permission.

I assume you mean Jio Call app @jasonbx .
I use jio join app instead of jio call and it doesn't have to be set as the default sms app. Although, it will ask for all kinds of permissions.
I found jio join to be less buggy than jio call

Jio join does not work for me. After granting all permissions, the app crashes while trying to generate OTP.

actually I tried that for a month, I found that inside Jio's SIP box there is a cloud account and password, I tried looking for the password , raised requests with them to help me with the password so I can get all details and make it.. But unfortunately failed, so had to return the product.. Still refund not. done.
