Well UTS for android is developed by CRIS.
UTS - Android Apps on Google Play

And CRIS does have an APP i.e. they have paid $99!

Weird thing is they have developed UTS for windows mobile but not iOS!!

Paytm cheats with UTS payment.

I tried to refill my UTS account with 200Rs.

And it showed 200.58Rs TOTAL PAYMENT TO BE MADE

(0.25% as additional charge)

But after I paid via debit card ... it deducted 210.58Rs.

i,e, instead of 0.25% it charged 5.25%

Who wud want to pay them 5.25% commission?!!

CLEAR FRUAD and misleading.

I've seen this happen on some other Govt related websites. Happens every time I pay my house tax online.

Why should I contact UTS when fault is at their end?

UTS page showed 200Rs
Paytm payment page showed 200.58Rs (0.25% as convenience charge)

Payment deducted from bank was 210.58Rs

Paytm is payment gateway ... it has tie up with banks not UTS.

So it is Paytm which charged 210.58Rs on my debit card and not UTS.

Why should I contact UTS?

LOL Now Paytm says that they have taken just 200.58Rs and not 210.58Rs.

I must be blind my bank account is showing 210.58 and SMS also showing 210.58Rs

Paytm is saying if it is showing 210.58 then i need to contact UTS/IRCTC guys.

Weird... Paytm is payment gateway --- so it is they who know exact transaction details.

I think i will give up 10Rs.
