Hi,My set-top gone faulty (Not powered up) on 4 days back, i call CC, they told to me to contact local distributor. When i called distributor, they told me, unplug the set-top box and send to their office for repair. I am not accept this thing, and again called CC and explained the problem. They are booked the complaint. No-one not to come my home to identify the problem till today morning, then I called distributor, they told me , they will take service charge 200 rs & repairing charges (around 1000 rs), then I called CC, they told your warranty is completed for 1 years, you will need to pay the necessary charges.I do not understand this thing, the set-top box is SD property, and how they will charge the repairing charge.I told to them, I am ready to surrender the connection, even they will charge 150 rs visiting charge and also the balance recharge amount is not refundable.At last, I open the set-top box and repaired it, now it is working ok.My suggestion is for new customers "Don’t buy anybody SD connection, they will charge extra amount in future"Regards,Esakki Raja
