Very Poor Speed on Archer C6 Router.

I have a connection of 300mbps with ANI Broadband with my Local ISP.
So recently i am having this issue that on my iPhone, iPad or PC the download speed never reaches more then 50mbps.
Whereas the upload speed is always 250MBPS++

Is it a issue with router? sometimes i get good download speeds (approx 160mbps, or 180mbps max).
But upload remains good.

I have tested this with many iPhone models, OnePlus & Samsung Phones. So i think Mobile Devices are not an issue..
Can somebody please help why is it happening???

As you guys can see here, download speed is nothing as compared to Upload Speed. What could be the reason??

To rule out obvious discrepancies, try doing the speed test via a lan cable connected to pc/laptop that has gigabit port. Make sure that no other device connected to the router is using any bandwidth. Also disable any background activity.
Are you using the archer c6 in bridge mode assuming your connection is FTTH? Try connecting lan cable directly from ONT/ONU to a laptop/pc.
