Pune users cannot pay through that link. You can pay through icici bank account though.
^^ you can see your bill here. First u might need to register and they will send the pin number at ur address. Only after that u can view your bills. ::: Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd :::
But payment can be made only thru icici bank account. Yes u need to register for biller at icici.

Now The JE says that plan will change on 1st january.
But Plan has already changed in dataone portal!!
Should I change to home combo plan? What is difference?

Asking them to change plans again might cause even more delays and confusion. Remember we are dealing with BSNL here.
You can check the different Home plans and Home Combo plans on Dataone site.

Problem is now solved. I called 1957 and asked them to check their system.

I do not think you'll get 3000 kb/second all the time, but even 1946 kb/seconds is 330 more than I get.
