very worst service ever

dont go for tikona at all. Their service is very worst. The customer care executives are not able to solve any issue. Main issue is the speed issue. And other thing is that they count 1 GB= 1000 MB. Where as per standards 1 GB = 1024 MB.
Their visiting engineers are not having any knowledge the stuff they are doing can be done by us also.
Whenever you ask for waiver according to issues they are saying such a stupid policies which are not told to us at the time of installation.

You know hard disk manufacturers also count 1GB as 1000MB.

May be, but i don't have any complaints regarding that as for hard disk i have to pay only once. Where for tikona i have to pay for each month and each month i am getting loss of near about 2 GB of data.

you are getting a loss of 2GB if they keep on reducing 2GB every month. once you find out about this technicality, it is no longer a loss because you know that it is not being offered in the first place. so unless you paid them for an entire year, you are doing it by choice and not accident.
