Vi network down in mumbai suburbs

Vi network is totally down from around 5 Pm on 17/12/2022.not even 2g network working is anyone facing the same issues... I have 3 vi sims in my home... None getting signals... Tried.. Multiple times sim in/out, phone restart, phone off/on.

Anyone facing the same issue...??

How do you guys handle customer care interaction when filling complaint? I get so frustrated while answering their scripted question. Even after all that issue never get's resolved!!

If you are a postpaid customer then you directly get connected to human customer service.
I prefer putting down an email if they do not get resolved I just escalate it to appellate.
