I dont know if the other DTH providers are also selling ONLY HD boxes, along side HD DVR boxes.....

I mean to say that - if a Co. is selling HD DVR, then i dont think it will sell HD only boxes.

Just look at Reliance - they are having only HD DVR
TS - very recent case....they had HD box & a DVR box separate.....they had to combine the 2 & launched their own HD DVR.

Whereas the others - Dish & Airtel - they are not selling HD DVR, so they are selling only HD......

I hope u are getting what i am trying to convey here!!

Airtel is having HD STB as well as DVR STB.

What if u dont want the HDMI??? I already have 1 at my home!!

the guy who came to install told that u can opt for not having HDMI thingy and can save sum money ..am not sure though

packing date of that DVR is OCT 2010 ..IIRC that was the time they were planning to launch rite?

Just that the main site isnt fully updated. As also, we are not seeing any kinds of promotion - DIRECT PROMOTION yet. They just have put it up for sale & mentioned it once/twice on FB page.
