I tried on a new device now. The device i tried earlier is still not loading. Both are on same network. But definitely blocked on jio

Works on NKN which uses Jio transit.

Blocked on Airtel fiber Delhi. But after changing dns to google/cloudflare it works.

No it will not.

This again feels like a networking problem than a intentional block.

videolan.org resolves to 13.127.247.216 which is currently completely inaccessible from Airtel's Network and maybe other networks too.

Similar thing as the fastmail issue few months back.

On other networks videolan.org resolves to 213.56.253.2
