VODAFONE CC NOT WORKING......i need the PUK :(

from yesterday the CC at 9884098840 isnt working....it says pl check the no u r dialing.... my sim is blocked nd is asking for the PUK no....i dont have any other Vf no at my home.....can any vf customer check if he is facing the sme problem in reaching the CC ???

AFAIK, last i needed PUK for a friend, i didnt need to contact CC. I dialed 111 and then one of the IVR option had PUK option.
