Vodafone introduces '121' for tariff information

Vodafone customers can now dial 121 and take advise about the best plan suitable to them based on their usage pattern, Vodafone said in a statement.

This service was earlier available on the telephone number '888'.

i dont understand why they keep changing the numbers.earlier they changed balance checking number from *111# to *141#

Now *111# is for postpaid

so cudnt they keep it same for both?? they cud have made smart software which shows info based on postpaid or prepaid.

Right!!Currrently:*141# is for Balance*142# is for both Balance and Validity*146# is for Validity*121# is for sms and bonus cards
