I haven't ever done a recharge through net banking, but I use my credit card, and it is instantaneous. It has been like this for the last few years

Why dont u simply go and ask Punjab National Bank that why they have written so? Instead of asking me for my contact number.

Also currently cant recharge using hdfc netbanking on,recharged it through freecharge site..
