VoIP/SIP server not reachable

Hello Expert,

I am trying to configure VoIP/SIP on the ONT for PC/Mobile softone. I followed multiple articles, VoIP is also registered and the Land phone is working fine. But I can't ping the SIP server IP. I already added a static route but no luck. Any help in this regard is highly appreciated. TIA.

Finally, it's working. I found the issue with the primary WAN configuration.

Before change:
