Fiat is yet to open their own dealership here in Gurgaon so I would be relying on Tata service centers for the near future. I am not even sure if they are opening service centers along with dealerships. :
I still remember the horror stories of their service centers I read in magazines and newspapers back when Fiat ran independently selling Unos and Palios. I hope they are doing a better job this time around.

my friends punto was smashed in a wall in a service centre of pune by the staff .the bumper was cracked and the car was so new it took a month for them to get the new spare.

I read somewhere where a customers car (jetta) was taken for joyride by vw people and it ended up in an accident. He was given a brand new car even though his jetta was 4 years old.

ah. based on their website octavia is no longer on sale in india. i guess they would bring it to india as laura?

Mine is non TSI but still huge fun to drive. Hyundais and Marutis cant even compete with the ride quality. Bus engine thodi aur powerful hoti. To pay 3+ lakhs just for TSI engine means its for serious buyers. I would pick up a Vento for similar price.
