vpn with good international speed

I can max out my 50mbps Excitel to international servers using nordvpn. Singtel Singapore, gtt London, spectrum US maxing out at 50 Mbps right now.
Make sure you connect to nordvpn Chennai and not mumbai (it is a completely useless server). Even if I contect to Nord uk, France, us servers I can max out my speed
which chennai server shall i select? there are a lot of servers. can you specially name one.
Hmm I had the same issue I was also getting low international speed.
I think the conjustion point on ncr internet border, to resolve ISP congestion you have to use VPN which is inside delhi ncr
like : MYPC------>goes to ncr VPN before the congestion point-->and goes to International speed. OR they are throttling the international speed to reduce the peering cost.
I am Excitel copper user and very annoyed by 2Mbps low international speed on copper 100Mbps Plan
so I tried using urban shield on chrome, or urban free proxy extension, I was getting 2Mbps international down speed after using it I was getting around 80Mbps on 100 Mbps
the extension is only for chrome and I need its speed on systemwide. for that the proxy require authentication so I needed urban shield official user and pass.
I used it on excitel because Excitel was kicking me out from league of legends champain selection menu, and I was getting banned for 10 mins to 30 mins so I tried this urban shield chrome extension proxy with Proxyfier as a systemwide proxy so that I could atleast log in to the game and pass champian selection menu.
and I somehow got the urban shield extension http proxy host and auth pass using wireshark

easy peasy open proxyfier and just fill the details and enjoy the game with low excitel ping.

these 2 below also worked for me, I used them before urban vpn I think they are socks 4 and they also have good international speed

Before these I was completely wasted because of low international speed which is below 2Mbps on excitel copper 100Mbps plan,
although cloudflare dns ssl was giving me a decent 11MBps down speed from my {100 USD free credit DigitalOcean seed box.}

you can use verbos mode but it makes jitter so use without -v
I tried deligate with urban proxy And the auth gave me headach, so I used gui cc proxy and filled https and auth detals on proxy cascade menu.
cc with urban helps me a lot with idm and work from home situation, because upon using excitel directly with work from home vpn reduces speed to 2 mbps, so i have to use with cc proxy.
