no idea tbh. their windows app is very basic. and does not seem to have any configuration.

I see. I use mullvad and they are stopping port-forwarding next month. Looking for alternatives.

Support was not that great. Port-forwarding only works with wireguard. Switched to torguard. Supports up to 20 port forwards. Reasonable pricing.

Why is this guy banned?
