There are 2 reports :-
1. This link about the VSNL spending $200m while :-
2. This link saying tht VSNL is going to give 40% cheaper bandwidth. This in some parts is due to Reliance's pressure tactics I'm sure although this has been reported before. Actual numbers or tarrifs not known
3. Reactions from ISPAI here . There is quite a bit of truth in what they're saying although don't think anybody is subsidizing the Net. ISP's na , they're not in the subsidizing game as they would lead us to believe.
