Want to change from 1350UL Combo.. Help...

Hi..I just took this 1350 Unlimited combo 5 days back and I see, even if Speedtest gives 1.5Mbps , the download speed is no more than 60-70KBps. Also, half of the day, the speed it down to 800Kbps or so.. Thats f**king frustrating.. :evil:So, I want to change to a plan, which can give me stable 1.7-1.8Mbps connection with download speed of 220 Kbps.. My Home 1800 plan used to give that . Now that plan is no more there..So, what do I need to go for now ??I have 2 options,SPEED COMBO 1111andBBG COMBO 1999So, which can give me a stable connection and download speed ??Please help..

Hi,Try checking your SNR and attenuation values, maybe they might have changed...Many people who were on the UL 1350, including me, never got the speed of 2Mbps for 1st 15GB.(Dhokebaaz BSNL,cheaters..)Try calling the customer support and lodge a complaint and hope they rectify ur problem.Good Luck

And yeah, I cant stay with those stupid plans. Either I have to take that 1999 Combo or that 8Mbps 2799 plan..

Im losing business for this f**king BSNL now..

Yesterday, when I was in a middle of a million dollar meeting, the internet went away and the client had to wait for 4 hours to get the Agreement signed. I was feeling so ashamed of myself.. Too bad condition in India..

Also another special malaria style thing is happening in my broadband ..

It works fine till 4pm. But as soon as the clock ticks 4pm, the modem starts refreshing every now and then, like in each 5 mins .

And internet goes and comes. F**kin situation..

It happens till the next morning and then again all cool in the morning..

Not sure, whats the reason.

Changing of plan might help ??

i am in 1350ul plan, did not see any speeds above 512 kbps the entire month, 2mbps promised is a dream, without wasting time i switched my plan back to ul750 as i am happy with the same speeds i am getting at nearly half the cost.

Im on the same 1350 Unlimited Combo Plan now and after complaning for 4 days to BSNL, CC , Sales dude and all the higher officials, finally I have got it right.

thats good news for you, i anyways have already requested for the plan change which will be applicable from next month onwards so not worried anymore for 2mbps speed.

Ok i changed my plan to Home BBG 1111 Combo and applied for a new connection with 500 Combo, so that I can use it for downloading at the night.
