Want to Change my ISP. Which would be nice?

Hi, I am in Velachery. I have been using Airtel Broadband for too long. I want to change my ISP as it is very costly and the downloadable quantity is very low for me. I download like 50 GB per month and also play Online Multiplayer games. So Ping is also a criteria. I want the Internet to be always up and running. Which should I look into? The ISPs which have no FUPs in their desc caught my eye (like Tikona and Net Express) . I am willing to pay 1500 max for 4Mbps / 50 GB atleast and so. What is my best plan?
