want to unlock reliance netconnect+ to use bsnl evdo services...

i recently brought a bsnl cdma sim card to test evdo service, but i did not purchased whole data cards from bsnl because i already have a reliance netconnect+ which is basically Huawei ec150 dongle.
anyone can please tell me the effective way to unlock it to use that sim in it.......
