Warranty Claim of Samsung Evo 32GB Class 10 micro SDHC Card

my Samsung MicroSD Card all of a sudden vanished from phone's file manager,
found it got un-mounted,tried mounting but errors.
Restarted the phone and notification said "Damaged SDCARD"

used card reader and connected to PC, it ask if i want to format it
WTF
i had 10GB of pics, 15GB of other data including 2GB Songs and less important stuff.

after lot of efforts i was able to recover 15GB data, rest gone, still to find out whats gone.
Card is not getting formatted, it has bad block and is not letting PC/Phone to format it.

tried Samsung website for warranty claim, and it asks me to fill a form, asks for serial number
on CARD, I am entering it as I see, but website says invalid,
took magnifying glasses and I am sure I am entering it correctly, it says wrong.

Card was bought from Flipkart 3-4 months back.

Does anyone know where this can be thrown at Samsung service center's face in Noida for
warranty claim.

Theres' a live chat option on samsung site. Try it. Friend camera had some problem and samsung site didnt accept the serial number. Used the live chat option and their representative created a service request at their end and gave us the number and asked us to go to service center and show them the number. Had no problems.

Use Sync in future to backup data to another device or computer.

I synced only important files, I had 2000+ pics on phone, they are mostly backed up weekly.
I am click this, click that click everything types

yet to examine the recovered data as It has recovered files irrespective of folder and have lot of junk whatsapp images
