Website inaccessible on Airtel

I am trying to access my own website adeln.comThe website is currently hosted by google.I am trying to access it on my pc which has an airtel broadband connection. But the site does not load. But it is accessible when I use a proxy. It is also accessible when I use another internet connector(My airtel mobile phone through GPRS). But not accessible when I use my regular Airtel ip. I have no response when I ping the site. I even turned off my firewall and antivirus and tried it, but not successful. Tell me what might be the problem and how to solve it?And also please tell me whether the site is accessible on your computer.

change your dns to Google Public DNS or OpenDNS and try

Thanks a lot! It worked. I have changed my DNS to Google public DNS. But can you please tell me why was'nt I able to access the website before that?

It's due to Airtels DNS severs, I host and manage a lot of websites and I face this problem with lot of my clients and always suggest them to use third party DNS servers as they are a lot better than default ISP address, its not just airtel I have faced this problem with almost all Indian ISP most of the time they time out or are too slow.Google DNS 8.8.8.8Opendns 208.67.222.222The problem with ISP is that they do not bother to maintain there DNS servers as well as third party DNS servers.
