Websites blocked on Reliance Jio Fiber

Is GoodbyeDPI safe to use? There is not much info on how it works. I am feeling a bit skeptical, more so as the developer is a Russian.

Now it seems that jio has blocked these web pages. Till yesterday, they were working fine. Website block is a main problem on Jio

I wonder what may be an issue. Yesterday, I was not able to access router using 192.168.29.1. I will wait for this month otherwise will close connection.

Tried this in office which is under firewall. When I run the script, internet stop working.
