Hello guys, i have been using fivenet broadband in punjab since 1 year and have been getting great experience. Recently i started facing slow speeds on evening and night time. Have repeated complaints but still the issue is there. Now when i did a tractoute from modem, i found following

i dont understand why is it going to netvagator in hongkong
any information will be very helpful
