What broadband should I take? (Airtel/Act/Hathway/Cable)

Hi I stay in Singhasandra area of Bangalore. I currently have Airtel's VDSL Broadband, sadly I am stuck on 40 Mbps for a very long time and I'm fed of them promising fiber for many years.
I have the following options:

Airtel
Act
Hathway
Local cable(BBNL)

Please help me decide, by sharing your experiences.

If airtel is not fiber then go for ACT. Better option of the lot. Less downtime and good service.
